I am trying to do static optimization by adding in a prescribed force via code. However, the force doesn't seem to be having an effect. Does the prescribed force that is added to the model taken as an external force when running static optimization?

I'm not running SO or FD from the code. I'm running Static Optimization from the gui. The code above only adds a prescribed force to a certain body part. That's all it does.
