installing Simvascular/svsolver on a linux server
Hello, I'm trying to install a new version of simvascular/svsolver on a linux server with Ubuntu 16.04. I have tried using the quick install using the github repo suggestion to source "quick-build-linux.sh" in the BuildWithMake folder and I get the following error! /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lGLEW co...

FSI with GUI
Hello, I am trying to run an FSI run with the GUI using my local machine. I ran the rigid simulation successfully (on the same machine) and am using the last step restart file as an input (by importing in under the create file and simulation tab). When I create runs, I get an initial error (please s...

Re: svpost-bin.exe has stopped working
Hi Justin and Adam, I've encountered the same problem as Vitaly. As Justin suggested I added -sol flag at the end of svpost on the linux cluster and it did combine them without the error (vin plane traction no available). However, because there is no traction forces, I cannot view shear stress. Coul...

Re: Simulation Problem
Hi Hongzhi, That's where I look but the problem is one step before which is the exportation of bct files. It does not export it because of the error I was mentioning. So when I go to the directory you mentioned, there is no bct files. Maybe this will be fixed when the program is updated. I followed ...

Re: Simulation Problem
Another thing that I have noticed in this version is that it doesn't have the "Export Data Files" tab anymore. I found it by right clicking on the simulation and exported the files. However, it gives me an error that the "geombc.dat is missing" therefore there are no bc files exported. Could you ple...

Re: Simulation Problem
Hi I have the same issue, when I go to Create Data Files for Simulation, the same thing pops up. I'm using Windows 10 and the latest version of SV from 04-09-2017. I did install both the svSolver and the main GUI.
Thanks,

Re: Loading DICOM data
Hi,
I'm having the same problem. I am not able to load dicom files/Metaimages into my working directory. The ones in the sample-data work, but my own dicom files cannot be loaded with the same error. Did anyone find the reason for this?
Thanks,
Parastou
