Thanks for the comment.
Do you have more details about the platform you make those tests? Was it Broadwell, KNL, Haswell?
In which computer? Did you try other linear solvers within the software?

Re: Multiple Processors
Hi! Do you guys have any experience in large clusters? I would like to run some simulations in a cluster with around 2k cores. Did you test strong and weak scalability of the svSolver and can give me any hint? do you know the N of cores where i will lose linear scaling? In this case... do you sugges...

Re: Residuals Question
Hi, After reading this post I still couldn't understand some of the settings. Lets say I want a very accurate simulation and use a residual tolerance of 1e-7 or 1e-9 with GMRES. Which are the right settings to use? Using Residual Control: True Residual Criteria: 0.0000001 Minimum Required Iterations...

Re: Unable to mesh imported vtp surface
Dear Adam, Thanks for your quick answer. Actually I managed to solve the problem. I was trying to mesh before setting up the tags in the Simvascular module, therefore they array with the tag IDs remained with VMTK's default name. It seems that after choosing wall/cap in the corresponging window, the...

Unable to mesh imported vtp surface
Hi Everyone, Thanks for the effort you're putting in this great tool. I am starting to get familiarized with the software in Ubuntu 16.04. I am having trouble with meshing an imported surface (aorta) from a triangulated vtp file. I can succesfully do a surface remesh in the imported open surface, in...
