API Installation problem during RUN_TESTS_PARALLEL
Hello, I am trying to install OpenSim API. In the "Build and Install" step, when I tried to build "RUN_TESTS_PARALLEL", I am getting the following error. Capture.PNG "ALL_BUILD" and "INSTALL" are not showing any error. I installed OpenSim API before in another computer. It is not supposed to ask abo...

Re: Different SO results from OpenSim 4.2 GUI and API
Thank you, Dr. Ayman. The problem is solved. There were some dissimilarities between the static optimization setting files. Another things is, in the GUI version, there is a "Message" window, where I can see at which time points the static optimization fails to solve. How can I do that in Matlab for...

Different SO results from OpenSim 4.2 GUI and API
Hello, I was trying to run Static optimization in API. I also used same settings and files to run Static optimization in OpenSim 4.2 GUI. Although all the time points are not solved yet, I was expecting that the results would be same as both of them are the most up-to-date versions. GUI results: GUI...

Static optimization and Muscle analysis for tendon length
Hello, I want to find the change of tendon length due to the generated force/activation in Static optimization. As Static optimization consider tendon as a rigid body and does not consider the passive elastic element of the muscle, it is not possible to get it directly. If I run the Static Optimizat...

Re: Different left and right side muscle activations
Thank you for your response.
I think you are right. This may be the source of dissimilarity. For some muscles, the left and right side GeometryPath are not symmetric.
Do you think, it should be same?
Thanks.

Different left and right side muscle activations
Hello, I am trying to find muscle activations using Static optimization tool in OpenSim for a symmetric lifting motion. The kinematics and GRFs are generated from a software, and they are same for both left and right sides. When I am using the Full body lumbar spine model (https://simtk.org/projects...

RRA output
Hi,
How to control the number of outputs (number of rows) from a RRA tool? Currently, it is generating 1000 rows. I want 100 rows.
Thanks.
