I am going to calculate the moment arm in Matlab.
I know how I can do that in GUI OpenSim, but I do not know how I can do that in Matlab.

I have fixed the issue.
I just change "min_control" and "minimum_activation" from 0.01 to 0.0.
So we do not have any negative activation. Thank you
