Re: Opening SimVascular on Mac error
Hi David, I'm also similar problems getting SimVascular to run on Mac (10.11.6 El Capitan) where the simvascular immediately crashes when the icon is clicked on. When trying to run from terminal the following messages occur BUNDLE: Applications/SimVascular.app RESOURCES: Applications/SimVascular.app...

Re: svpre displacement errors
Thanks for the reply David, I do have the wall type set to deformable.
No matter what pressure I choose as the reference pressure the displacement.vtp looks like it's being calculated for zero pressure.
Best,
Ryan

RE: 4D Flow MRI
Most use an in-house code to convert 4D Flow MRI data to a file that can be read in some other post-processor.
I believe if you are using the GE 4D Flow sequence GE has it's own software for processing.

svpre displacement errors
I am having problems using svpre to initialize displacements for coupled momentum method FSI. No matter what I choose for the pressure in wall properties svpre always outputs the same displacement.vtp file.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Ryan

Error Creating Data Files for Coupled Momentum Method FSI
I have been running into problems trying to perform FSI simulations with the coupled momentum method, even with the cylinder example from the tutorial. When I create the Data files, two errors appear warning: illegal maxChild (410994/) ************************************************************ ***...

Re: Is cmake still broken for linux svsolver?
Hi Justin, I'm currently running into another issue that I would appreciate if you could help me with. When I try to run svsolver on the cluster instead of 1 job running on X cores, I get the the same job running X times on 1 core each. For example, using the following code in my sbatch script modul...

Re: Is cmake still broken for linux svsolver?
Thanks Justin!!
In the svsolver/BuildWithMake/Bin folder I now have
svpost.exe
svpre.exe
svsolver-openmpi.exe
along with the corresponding gcc-gfortran.exe files.
Is there anything else I can do to verify that I've installed svsolver correctly?
Best,
Ryan

Is cmake still broken for linux svsolver?
Hello, I am trying to install sv solver on a cluster running Scientific Linux (similarish to CentOS) and I was concerned with this note in the github documentation. NOTE: The CMake system is currently broken for svSolver and is under revision. Is cmake still broken for svSolver and if so how should ...

Re: Trouble Importing STL File
Thanks again Adam for helping out.
The issue was that my file extension was *.STL and it should have been *.stl
For Windows users this link has information on how to change file extensions to lowercase.
