Hi,
I did the same with Opensim 3.3 but it works fine. The markers are over the model when I load it in Opensim 3.3. I have attached the Setupscale XML used for Opensim 3.3 as well

Re: Experimental markers after scaling doesnot overlay on the model
Hi Dimitar, Thanks for your reply. I did try as you said. Gave the static.trc file in scale model and adjust model marker sections, but still the same. Can you let me know how am I to include preview static pose(no marker moment) in the setup xml file? And by filling the missing entries what do you ...

Experimental markers after scaling doesnot overlay on the model
HI, I tried scaling my base model using Opensim 4.1 GUI first with the option Preview (no marker movement) selected. This scaling worked fine, the markers were over the scaled model as expected. Hence, I saved the settings for ScaleSetup.xml file to use the same for other subjects from Matlab. But w...

Re: How to pass the whole body mass
Hi Aaron,
Thanks for your reply. Yes I know to do it via scaling. Was just curious if it could be done via moco. Will stick on to do it via scaling.
Thanks,
Mritula

How to pass the whole body mass
Hi,
I am trying to apply Mocotrack and track the subject gait and later predict it with changed mass. How can I pass the overall mass value range like passing overall tracking weight

Re: Scaling Error in Opensim 4.1
Hi Ayman, Thanks for your reply. Im using Windows. When I tried using the scale application I get the following message C:\OpenSim 4.1\bin>scale.exe -PS THIS EXECUTABLE IS DEPRECATED AND WILL BE REMOVED IN A FUTURE RELEASE. Use opensim-cmd instead, which can do everything that this executable can. s...
