Opensim MoCo and Scone

Hi,
Thanks for the wonderful resource of Opensim over Colab. I am curious to know whether we can also use Opensim Moco and Scone from Colab too?

Thanks

Re: Data Extraction

Hi,
With windows, I am able to download and unzip using 7zip utility. Winzip is not working. The file is very big.

Thanks

Running SCone over AWS or Microsft Azure Cloud

Hi, Is it possible to run Scone over cloud. I want to run multiple simulations at a time. I understand from Scone FAQ regarding the hardware specifications(https://scone.software/doku.php?id=faq). Is it possible to run Scone from cloud (with AWS or Azure) with Epic level specifications? Kindly let m...

My model's upper extremity is falling down

Hi, I modified the existing Human0914 model to include the upper limbs. I tried running Tutorial 4b_Gait at different speeds. But my modified model falls. I have attached the osim file for reference. Kindly let me know what more should I include. Also, kindly confirm that the added upper extremities...

Re: Model appears weird in Scone

But the Human0914 model when opened in Opensim 3 seems like not to stand staright. Is there some error in the model file, or am I doing anything wrong.

Can I directly add Humerus and Ulna to the madel in osim file so I get the upper limbs?

Re: Model appears weird in Scone

Hi Thomas, Thanks for your help. The geometry files inclusion helped in properly viewing my model in Scone. 1. I have 2D keypoints data, how can I effectively use them for simulation. In specific how can I scale an Opensim model using only 2D data? Is this possible? 2. Is there anyother full body mo...

Model appears weird in Scone

OpensimModel.png Hi, I have a customized model with 14 markers. I want to use scone to simulate this model for a specified amount of time i.e 2secs. When I open my customized model in Opensim3, it looks proper but when I open it in Scone, It appears distorted, the whole upper body is disfigured. Ca...

When I tried running Ik over the data I got the output in which the model facing an orientation peoblem to the actual trajectory. May I have any suggestions how to overcome this, it would be re...
