Hello Dave,
I can draw a part of the model in your way. But please look at this figure. It seemed that the thrombosis did not touch the wall. Along the centerline, I need to draw something like a ring (the green part). I don't know what to do.
Cheers,
Dai

Dear developer,
I want to create an aneurysm model with thrombosis. I found it difficult to draw cross sections without thrombosis along the center-line. Do you have a better way to do this? I attached a draft to show what the aneurysm looked like.
Thank you very much. -v-

Re: Simulation failed
Hi Dave, I just successfully started running the simulation. I installed the latest Simvascular and svSolver, but the problem was not resolved. I remember your words about the MPI. So I uninstalled MPI and reinstalled MPI and svSolver. This time the problem was solved. Although I don't know the reas...

Re: Simulation failed
Hello, Dave. There wasn't a histor.dat file in the error simulation folders. I only found it in simulation folders which were calculated successfully before. I'm sure I ticked "Use svsolver with MPI" before running the simulation. But when I reopen Window -- Preferences -- Simvascular Simulation, it...

Dear developer, I've been using Simvascalar 2019.03.17 and svsolver 2019.05.28 (Windows) recently, and everything is OK. However, today I tried several different coronary projects, all showed: "Simulation failed" and the details had nothing. I uninstalled them and installed Simvascular 2019.06.20 an...

Hi Dave,
The VTK .vtp format supported by Simvascular is really powerful. Thank you very much. Have a nice day.

Dear developer,
After modeling, can I stretch or compress the whole model or part of it manually?
Thank you for the wonderful software and your patience. I'm looking forward to your reply. -v-

Dear developer,
I know that Simvascular supports DICOM images. Does it support other images like NIFTI?
Thank you very much.-v-
