Thank you very much Dave.
Could you please let me know how can I visualize the Group0_Seg0_pressure.dat (e.g. size 47569 KB) file or flow file in Paraview or else in 1D simulation results.
Thank you
Cheers,
Sajeda

Re: One_dimensional central line extraction
Thank you Dave for your quick reply.
I will try by using finer mesh.
I have another query that I see there are several .dat files (e.g. _pressure.dat, _flow.dat). What sorts of information there and how can I visualize these files in paraview.
Thank you in advance
Cheers

One_dimensional central line extraction
Hello Developers, Hope you are doing well. I am very much interested about the 1D coronary simulation. I would like to know about center line extraction of a coronary artery model. I have used some models for 3D blood flow simulations but when I use same models for center line extraction then I get ...

Re: Aortic inflow waveform
Hello Developers,
Is there possible to convert the results generated from the 1D simulation in GUI??? Thanks

Re: Aortic inflow waveform
Dear David,
Thank you so much for your valuable suggestions. I will try for more cycles and let you know what happens.
Would you please upload the SV project files that you found the velocity flow pattern.
Thanks again for your kind reply...

Sajeda

Re: Aortic inflow waveform
Hi David thank you very much.
I want to shear my SV project. But the project size looks like 1.4 GB. Therefore I do not know how to shear with you ... Please let me know if you have any idea in this regard.
Thank you
Best

Re: Aortic inflow waveform
Thank you David for your quick reply. Yes you are right, I am using svSolver. I am using negative inlet profile and positive pressure outlet profile (Please see attach the images). I checked 3D Glyphs in paraview which totally unexpected (please see attach inlet and outlet Glyphs images). Would you ...

Re: Aortic inflow waveform
Hello Everyone, I want to know about arrows of velocity pattern. In paraview, when I visualized the orientation of the arrows in the velocity parameter, the arrows actually not oriented from inlet to outlet. I saw that the orientation of the arrows in inlet and outlet are similar i.e. arrow exiting ...

Re: Aortic inflow waveform
Dear Developers I hope you all are fine and Happy New Year 2020... I have problem about the deformable wall blood flow simulation. In this case, at first I have completed my simulation in rigid wall. Then I copy the restart.500.0 file in my simulation directory. I try to change the file name from res...
