Re: How can I access a private project?

You need to contact one of the project administrators to ask to be added to the project.

How do I set up the data share feature on my project?

To enable the Data Share feature, you must be signed in as the project administrator. Once you are signed in: a. Go to your project and click Admin->Tools->Enable/Disable. Re: Experimental Data

Have you tried searching on SimTK to see what datasets have been made available? Zenodo.org also hosts some biomechanics datasets. Lastly, I would try posting your request on the OpenSim discussion forum here: https://simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/indexPhpbb.php?group_id=91&pluginname=phpBB. Good luck! Joy

Great. If you need specific help with OpenSim in the future, you can post on the OpenSim forum: indexPhpbb.php?group_id=91&pluginname=phpBB.

Re: Now What? How to start building/modeling

Hi Kris, There is often confusion between this SimTK webportal and the software & models that are shared on it. If you have downloaded the SimTK software, that will provide you with a website, which doesn't sound like what you're looking for. I think what you really want is the OpenSim software. Ope...

Re: Now What? How to start building/modeling

From your profile, I am guessing you're interested in using OpenSim. There are executables available for both Windows and Mac, so you shouldn't need to build the software from scratch. You should be able to download and install the executables. On the download page (https://simtk.org/frs/?group_id=9...

Re: Now What? How to start building/modeling

We can help direct you if you let us know what software you downloaded. Also, note that you don't need to have a projec...

Re: NMS Builder 2.0 - Download

There have been issues with the NMSBuilder website, but it should be up again in the next 2 weeks. If you need to access the software sooner than that, you should reach out to the project administrator, Giordano Valente.

Thanks for the ideas. And for pointing out that the article is behind a paywall. We have gotten the publisher to make the article publicly accessible. We've started working on some of these ideas and welcome your continued input.

Seeking ideas for increasing software, data, and model-sharing

The OpenSim community thrives because of the increasing contributions from many research groups around the world. We are actively seeking ideas on ways to further increase resource-sharing within the OpenSim and biomechanics communities in general and would welcome your ideas. The commentary "Perspe...
