What remains unclear to me is the following question: Somehow OpenSim seems to assume a certain activation level for the Biceps femoris in order to minimize the objective function of muscle activations. Hi All, I installed the latest version OpenSim 3.3 64-bit on a Windows10 PC (64bit based). The program starts without problems, but as soon as I press "File --> Open Model" resp.
