Re: Persistent Models in Viewer

Hi Ayman, Neither of those things seemed to fix the problem. Since it was a recent issue, I suspected it might have been an update that did it. I went back a version on my GPU software which cleaned it up. It was the drivers for the most recent version of the Intel HD 620 integrated graphics. (Relea...

Re: Persistent Models in Viewer

I've also noticed this issue exists when using Mokka, so I suspect this is a problem with my computer graphics.

Any help is appreciated.

Persistent Models in Viewer

I'm running into a bug/ issue where the model persists in the visualizer and won't disappear, even after closing the model. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. The model moves around and responds as normal, but every time it refreshes, the previous state is left on the screen. What do ...

Re: Wrist Joint Constraints in MoBL_ARMS model

I tried opening the MoBL_ARMS model without muscles ("MoBL_ARMS_module1_nomuscles.osim) in v4.0, and it looks like it works correctly. Besides the muscles not being present the only difference between the model with no muscles and the one with muscles is this bit of code: <!--Flag indicating whether...

Wrist Joint Constraints in MoBL_ARMS model

Hi there, I'm having an issue in porting the MoBL_ARMS model from v3.3 to v4.0. I open the 3.3 model file in 4.0 and the only warning that appears is that the 'deviation' and 'flexion' coordinates were labeled as rotational joints, but are actually coupled. The coupled coordinates are: wrist_hand_r1...

Re: Torso Geometry and MoBL_ARMS Model

Hi Ayman, Thanks for the reply - I think you got me pointed in the right direction. I couldn't find the actual origins in OpenSim 3.3, but I did find an opensource software (called ParaView) that allowed my to find the origin differences between the two thorax mesh models. From there I just applied ...

Re: Torso Geometry and MoBL_ARMS Model

Hi Ayman, Thanks for the quick reply! I wasn't using any custom meshes other than the ones that came with the file. I had ported opened the MoBL_ARMS model in 4.0 with no problem, I couldn't pick up on any differences from v3.3. Looking through the geometry folder for 4.0 there is no thorax.vtp file...

Torso Geometry and MoBL_ARMS Model

Hello, I have a full body model with a limited muscle set around the elbow and forearm. I have been trying to port the muscle set and geometry from the MoBL_ARMS model onto the model to include more shoulder muscles, but have had some problems. My original model was just a ball and socket shoulder j...

Re: IK Error: Incorrect number of keys

Tried deleting the path, but I think I found the issue! I had to have somehow had the meta data inputs wrong somehow, but I got it working. It looks like it was an old type of .trc file that only has 7 inputs to begin with, so I had to add the 8th by hand. For reference: Old: DataRate->CameraRate->N...

Re: IK Error: Incorrect number of keys

I gave that a shot, but it looks like I have everything tabbed out correctly. I compared it to a .trc file that I've gotten to work and format wise they were identical as far as I could tell. It is an error reading meta data from that .trc file so it's gotta be something in there somewhere. But that...
