Dear All,
Since it is a little bit urgent for me, I would be very grateful if one of the OpenSim developers or someone who knows the OpenSim in advance can help me or guide to get the answer.
Sincerely,
Ali.

Opensim Muscles Moment Extraction & Expression
To whom it may concern, I add a torque actuator to my model with tibia as a body A and femur as a body B. I am running RRA and then CMC to get torque that has been used by this actuator. I have some questions about this torque expression: 1) What is the reference frame for this TorqueActuator's expr...

Re: Loaded Walking Model RRA problem
I solved this issue by performing the following tasks: 1) Disabling the constraints, 2) Locking the knee_angle_r_beta and knee_angle_l_beta, 3) Changing the weight of lumbar coordinates weight in RRA task, 4) Increasing the optimal force of coordinate actuators of lumbar coordinates. However, I stil...

Loaded walking RRA issue.
To whom it may concern, I asked my question in OpenSim general forum and since I could not get an answer about the issue, I decided to post it specifically here. Based on the model of loaded walking, there are two different coordinates named "knee_angle_r_beta" and two constraints on them which I do...

To Whom it may concern, I have some very important questions about OpenSim that are very necessary for my research so I would appreciate if anyone can help me with them. 1) When we are running the RRA it generates joint moments and some other data. I want to know the reference frame that has been as...

Re: Running CMC in MATLAB Error
Many Thanks from the Dr James Dunne for his precious time. I am writing for anyone who may face this problem to solve their problems. So, as Dr. James said to me, The GUI manages some file path for you that the API doesn't. ANY SMALL TYPO, any wrong directory can cause this issue. My suggestion is c...
