Errors with inverse kinematics
I am running inverse kinematics and it runs yet gives me some errors (posted below), this makes it difficult to associate motion data. I wonder what the problem is. Moving ahead with the project is almost impossible. I will very much appreciate some help java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 4...

Adding offset to experimental data not working
I tried rotating and adding an offset to my experimental data so it matches my model for inverse kinematics. The rotation works but the offset does not for some reason. The experimental had data gets attached to the epicondyle despite the offset and this is messing up with the inverse kinematics. Id...

Convert .mat/csv file to c3d or trc
How do you convert a .mat or csv file to c3d motion data. I want to import the data into OpenSim for processing. But if I am to get it into just c3d I can do the rest. The data was download from an open source repository.

Inverse Kinematics with joint angle instead of marker data
I was wondering if it was possible to perform inverse dynamics with joint angles instead of marker data. We are trying to perform inverse dynamic with an iopen source data collected using the cyberglove, the data is really good however we realize inverse dynamics is often performed with marker data ...

Installation for Mac
I am wondering if there is hope for Mac users to use OpenSim, my file has the extension "mdlp".Any help on how to run this on my Mac book?
