Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hi Dave, Here is a dropbox link with my whole projet : https://www.dropbox.com/s/8oun7roy49kgkeh/OSMSC0110-aorta.tar.gz?dl=0 Perhaps, it'll help to have a better view of my problem (my deformable wall simulation doesn't converge whereas my rigid wall simulation does). If you can help me, I would be ...

Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hi Dave, Thank you for your answer. I redo the rigid simulation to be sure to have the right mesh and to export the right restart X.0. The good news is the warning error disappeared, the bad news is the "illegal maxChild" warning is still here when I do the presolve part on deformable wall and even ...

Re: svsolver error

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your answer. It seems however that the problem is still the same even with the right mysolver path, do you have an idea of what may causes this problem ?

Thank you in advance,
Have a nice weekend,

Ruiyi

Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hi Dave, Thank you for your answer and for the post on GitHub. I tried to run Example 3 and (unfortunately) it worked fine. It tried what was suggested on GitHub (change nwa value in stannspcg.f). The fatal error however there is a warning error (please see enclosure) : *****************************...

Re: svsolver error

Hello again, I tried another solution by using cmake to compile svsolver. It works fine. However when I tried to use command line (mpiexec -np 8 svsolver) to solve it , I have : /usr/local/bin/svsolver : ligne 58 : 7064 Erreur de segmentation (core dumped) $SV_HOME/bin/svsolver $* What is the cause ...

svsolver error

Hello, I'm trying to do the simulation with "http://simvascular.github.io/clinicalCase2.html" (Aortofemoral Normal - 2) with constant deformable wall. There is an error during the presolve calculation but a solution seems to solve it : https://github.com/SimVascular/svSolver/issues/35 . So I did the...

Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your answer. I didn't try to run the simulation on Example 3, I'm going to try it at once !

I'm running on Windows 7 with the last update.

Have a nice day,
Ruiyi

Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hello,

I really need your help !!! Perhaps you can suggest me some way to understand the origin of the problem ?

Thank you in advance !

Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hello and happy new year ! I tried again and also on another model but I still have the same problem (pressure divergence). I didn't say that I have an error during the creation of the simulation files because I still have the deplacement file, but perhaps this is the cause ? (please see the attache...

Re: Deformable wall divergence

Hello,

I added the initial conditions file (restart.7000.0) but the results are still diverging. Do you have an idea of the origin of the divergence ?

Thank you in advance,
Have a nice day !
