Matlab API crash Linux
Hi everyone, I am currently attempting to have opensim built on my university's high performance computer and have hit a bit of a wall in trying to get the matlab API to work. The HPC runs CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core), matlab 2018a, and attempting to build OpenSim 4.3. The command line tools...

Re: Wrapping object
Hi Nick,
I am working on windows 10.
After replacing the muscle set, an initSystem call is successful. I have previously being using the processed model to compute moment arms and have not had issues with those function.
Carlie.

Re: Geometry files disappeared
Thanks for the help. I had tried running configureOpenSim already, but was still getting the same behaviour - I think my computer was doing strange things as I also lost the geometry files in the GUI as well at one point.... With a few restarts and a bit of path fiddling seems to be working now. Loo...

Geometry files disappeared
Hi all, I've been working my way through the MOCO examples and all has been well so far, I then went back to some previous opensim projects I have been working on and I am now getting messages saying that matlab cannot locate the geometry files (image attached). This behaviour continued even after r...
