Re: Coordinate values showing in radian
Hi, I am very sorry that my model contains geometry that is not in the installation folder. I attached the required geometry below. You only need to put the extracted folder in the same folder as the .osim model, without having to put it in the geometry of the installation file. https://github.com/w...

Re: Coordinate values showing in radian
Hello, I have encountered this problem recently and would like to ask you. I am using opensim 4.0. In the model definition, the left and right leg joints are defined exactly the same. However, in the GUI and IK results, the left and right displays are inconsistent, such as knee and hip joint coordin...

GRF moment converting from Vicon to Opensim
Hello there! I was going to conduct a muscle force simulation. So I need a GRF .mot file from my erxperimental data. I use a Vicon system(Nexus version 2.5.0) to collect markers trajectory and two AMTI (series OR-6) force plate to collect ground react force. At first, I used the Lee-Son toolbox to c...

moment conversion in lee-son tool box
Hi, everybody, I have tried the lee-son tool box to change .csv to .trc and .mot. It's very flexible and efficient. However, I noticed that it doesn't seem to be just as simple as changing the magnification and positive or negative in moment conversion. I think this is important for me. Could you te...

Re: Use Vicon's data in OpenSim
Hi Isabela Tesser,
I also tried the lee-son tool box. In 1.5.0 version, .csv file must contains both the trial and the force data. You can try again.

Re: Inverse Dynamic Problem
Hi Frederik Larsen, I used the "lee-sonstoolbox" to transform marker trajectories too. However, I found I didn't known the theory about moment conversion in the tool. It doesn't seem to be just as simple as changing the magnification and positive or negative. Therefore, I am not sure the GRF moment ...

Re: Scaling and IK Marker Errors in 4.0
hi, Rachel Baker i 'd like to conduct a similar simulation about muscle force changing with time during siting to standing. However, i didn't find appropriate experimental data. Would you like to tell me where your data coming from. If you, don't mind, would you like to share it with me? Thank you ve...

Coordinate values showing in radian
Hello everyone, I am a opensim freshman. I have a question to ask you. In my GUI, some joint coordinate values are showing in degree, while the two ones are showing in radian. I browse the osim. But I don't found the difference between them in terms of BodySet. I pasted a screenshot in the attachmen...

Re: How can I add additional forces besides GRF's to my model?
Hi, Dmytro Radevych Your reply helped me a lot. However, I have another question to ask you. If i want to use a linear force changing with time to replace the constant force, such as Fx=2*time +1(N) i.e. Fx=1N(t=0s) and Fx=3N(t=1s). How should I change the .xml file to adopt to the force change. Hop...
