In the BOPS gui, there is a low pass filter option in the Inverse Dynamics and Static Optimization sections. I want to confirm what data type is being filtered in each instance. Both sections have a default filter setting of 6Hz, which is typical for marker/target data (.trc), am I correct to interpret both filters as being applied only to the marker/target data?
Then am I also correct in understanding that the analog/force data are not being filtered using a user input cutoff frequency at any step?
