Is this similar to MOCO

Hi,
I understand that Moco and optimal control Tool in matlab is based on Direct colloaction method and also Optimal Control Simulation of Musculoskeletal Movement Using OpenSim & MATLAB also uses the same method. What is the similarity or the difference between these two? Is there any or they both are the same?
