Is this still industry standard Bio IK

The real-time OpenSim extension (RTOSIM) is a set of libraries in C++ that wrap OpenSim APIs to enable the real-time computation of inverse kinematics and inverse dynamics.

Hi there! I am trying to find the a good ik solver for a Biomechanics application. Would this extensions still be the best one to use?
