Afferent information during the simulation Public Forum

This project aims to provide muscle classes that incorporate afferent feedback from muscle spindles and Golgi tendon organs. This feedback is calculated during the simulation, so it can potentially be used to provide afferent information to a controller.

This source code was released in the hope that it can be helpful to other researchers or students.

The output of the models was tested against Simulink implementations. In the case of the Golgi tendon organ model there was a small difference with Simulink, presumably due to different procedures for numerical differentiation.

If you find any errors, please let me know. Cheers.
