Hello. I'm opensim program for beginner.

I want analysis arm exercise. I make wearable robot for arm using arm exercise. but I'm beginner.

Opensim program is difficult for me. so, I want to gain your advice.

I want to know previous case, or arm motion analysis model, I want to know muscle force during arm motion.

If you know site or paper that may be helpful to me, Please let me know.
