Downloaded & Installed 4.0, Cannont find executable link/icon

The pupose of this projects is to host the code that runs the Simtk.org web site. It is forked from GForge 4.0.2.

Downloaded & Installed 4.0, Cannont find executable link/icon

Hi There (thank you Joy for your reply). My download and installation worked fine UNTIL I navigated to the OpenSim 4.0 Program folder and I do NOT find the Open Sim icon to run - or any other executable or application file. I only see the uninstall icon. SO I am stuck unable to begin. See the attached image of the folder contents. The instructions on the website are for OpenSim 3.0 and the only program that donwloaded was version 4.0.

Thanks for some guidance for finding out how to actually RUN/Open the program...

OK, I rebooted and got the icon on my desktop.
Good advice for others. I think I am good to go, now.
