To enable the Data Share feature, you must be signed in as the project administrator. Once you are signed in:
a. Go to your project and click Admin->Tools->Enable/Disable. The "Project Info: Tools" page appears.
b. Check the box "Use Data Share" and click the orange "Update" button. The Data Share menu will appear under Downloads.
c. Select Downloads->Data Share->Administration and click the "Add Study" button.
d. Fill in the "Title", "Description", and "Top Level Folder Prefix" (Click on the link "Learn more" in the page to get further explanations.) Also, select the "Publicly Viewable" and "License agreement" choices. Click the orange "Submit" button for the Data Share to be submitted for approval.
