download not possible

download is blocked from microsoft. cannot download the .exe-file. Any advice? Thank you!
1. Did you mean Microsoft Edge browser prevents the download? If so, please go to the browser's upper right hand corner and click "..." to change Settings->Downloads (please see https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 504c46bf93).
2. Please try other web browsers. You may also need to change the associated download settings to unblock downloads.
