Gait analysis

Post by Jess White » Thu Dec 02, 2021 3:08 am

Hi,

The gait analysis tab on SCONE will not superimpose my results over the template example of Bovi et al. (2011). When I run any of the tutorials it works though. But even when I just change the code for my model leaving the initial state gait and everything else the same it still won't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks
Jess

Your simulation might not output all the channels required by the gait analysis template. Do you see a warning appear in the messages window after you perform the gait analysis?

Hi Thomas,

Oh yes, it is saying that there are not enough gait cycles. Will it work if I let it run longer?

It might, but the steps might also not be detected correctly. How long is your simulation now?

I ran the simulation for longer and it worked.

Thank you
