Error Running Simulations Even Though Evaluation Completes

Post by Eric Hu » Mon Oct 21, 2024 11:08 am

Hi Dr. Geijtenbeek,

I hope you are doing well. I came across this error when I was starting my optimization.

When I evaluated the simulations, the simulations runs smoothly and completes a simulation with no singularity in the muscles. I have tried bounding my optimizable parameters a bit tighter so that the optimizer can choose working parameters, but no luck. I'm confused as to how to fix this and I would love your advice on this. Thank you,

Best,
Eric

Dr. Geijtenbeek,

Nevermind! I found the answer in a previous entry.

Thank you!

Yes! That post helped me out with running simulations with that error.

Thank you,
Eric
