createPresentationFile function

Hello!
I'm a researcher from Italy and I was trying to use the useful code you've provided to assess if it was possible to extract the pixel by pixel BMD map for a group of patients I have.... I was trying to play with the code, launch it etc, but it seems to me that the createPresentationFile function (createPresentationFile(allData.rawBoneImageStruct, allData.magicNumbers.pencilOrFanBeamFlag)), introduced at line 333 of the main script is missing.... Did anybody bump into the same problem?
