Generating muscle weakness patient kinetics and kinematics data from healthy subject's data?

A MATLAB based graphical user interface (GUI) has been developed that uses numerical optimization to determine the optimal task weights for use with the Residual Reduction Algorithm (RRA) in OpenSim.

Based on the walking experimental data (trc / GRF / EMG) obtained for healthy subjects, can we create walking data for muscle weakness patients?
