ID -> RRA -> ID - residuals do not appear to have been decreased

Dear users,
I have managed to reduce my pelvis residual forces and moments to a reasonable level, e.g. peak Fy - 40 N.
I have also made the recommended mass changes and new torso COM position to my model. I have then performed ID again, using the adjusted model and new RRA kinematics. I was expecting to see marginally smaller residual forces, however my peak Fy residual force is now ~900 N. In my initial ID, the peak Fy residual force was close to 1000 N.
Has anyone experienced these issues previously?
I have also attached my setup files for RRA and ID after RRA.
