Helper wheel to help with installing GIAS2 with Python3

As installing GIAS2 can be quite challenging, Ted Yeung created this wheel (link below) to help with installing GIAS2 on Python3. It has worked on most computers although it seems to have failed on a couple of the Macs we tested.
