Reverting to Reference Platform. Msg Box

The functionality of OpenMM will (eventually) include everything that one would need to run modern molecular simulation.

The Cuda files can be downloaded from http://www.stanford.edu/~friedrim/cudart32_31_9.dll and http://www.stanford.edu/~friedrim/cufft32_31_9.dll

Thanks Mark. I had installed the CUDA 3.2, so I uninstalled that version and installed the 3.1 toolkit. Worked like a charm.
