openmm and cuda 3.0 64 bits in Mac

The functionality of OpenMM will (eventually) include everything that one would need to run modern molecular simulation.

So, let me get this straight. The provided OpenMM (precompiled) were compiled in 32-bit, correct? So will there be any problem if I'm going to run this on 64-bit machines?

My system is Windows 7 64-bit and I use the Precompiled OpenMM with Visual Studio 9. Here's what I've tried: compile the Example files in 32-bit Release works fine, but HelloWaterBox runs on Reference Platform.

If I try compiling HelloWaterBox in 64-bit mode, I get linking error. So, do I need to build OpenMM from source, in 64-bit mode to get this to work properly? I notice I also will not get the CUDA Platform with Zephyr, it reverts to Reference Platform every time.

Well, I take that back. i don't know. I have VMD CUDA in 32-bit and it runs fine. It has to be something else.
