Changelog for versions

The functionality of OpenMM will (eventually) include everything that one would need to run modern molecular simulation.

Hi all

Where can I find a full changelog for 7.4?
This release adds performance improvements, more accelerated sampling methods, PPC support, and more
seems unsatisfying. A proper changelog would be very useful to decide whether to upgrade or not.

There's lots more detail at https://github.com/openmm/openmm/releases/tag/7.4.0. If you want even more detail than that, you can of course view the full list of merged pull requests, but I assume that's more detail than you want. :)
