TestCudaEwald FAILED

The functionality of OpenMM will (eventually) include everything that one would need to run modern molecular simulation.

TestCudaEwald FAILED

Post by Jerome BENOIT » Wed Jun 16, 2010 8:19 am

Hello,

I have just built with success OpenMM on my Linux box (amd64) with CUDA 3.0 support.
All test passed but the CUDA Ewald test (test 34).

Is it a known bug ?

Thanks in advance,
Jerome

Try running just that test case and see what the error is:

./TestCudaEwald

If you post the output here, it might clarify what is happening.
