Opensim for use with XSENS IMU's for ACL analysis

OpenSim musculoskeletal models provide an accurate simulation environment that eases limitations of in vivo and in vitro studies. In this work, a bio- mechanical knee model was formulated with femoral articular cartilages and menisci along with 25 connect

Opensim for use with XSENS IMU's for ACL analysis

Hello,

I am working on a project that wants to calculate knee acl strain. I have gone through the IMU placer and IMU Inverse Kinematics and Dynamics Steps, however am unsure how to proceed. I am using the 25DCT model. I have no force plate data, only IMU txt files. How do I utilise the angular velocity and linear acceleration .sto files? Any help would be highly appreciated. Also, the model does not show the femur bone, is this normal?

Thank you!
Ioanna
