Hi Ibrahim,

I know your post is quite old now, but I will try to help you and others.
I believe the issue comes from the AC constraint in the model. Static optimisation struggles to satisfy both joint torques and the AC constraint at the same time.

If you have marker data, you should try running IK using the AC constraint.
But once you have your joint angles as a mot file, you want to deactivate the AC constraint in the thoracoscapular model to run SO smoothly with residual actuators.
