Hi Everyone,
Following up this issue posted before about using opensim Moco on the shoulder model with the scapulothoracic joint by (A. Seth et al., 2016)
viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=1815&t=13698&p=39354&start=0&view=
Are there any plans to include that model in Moco soon?
Or Any ideas on how this can be handled? I understand that (qdot = u) has to hold according to the formulation of a Moco Study. In the model (qdot = N(q) u) where N(q) is the kinematic coupling matrix. So how can one adopt that difference in Moco formulation?
Thanks in advance!
Ibrahim

Hi Ibrahim,
It is possible formulate problems in Moco where qdot = N(q) u, and we have plans to do so (hopefully in the near feature). Stay tuned!
Best,
Nick
