Thank you for the help everyone.

I solved that, apparently i was actually configuring Moco separately after configuring Opensim latest version. Because of that it was going to previous version of Moco which was not able to run the code.

Now i just configured Opensim latest version (without configuring Moco) and then the code runs fine and Moco is automatically configured when we configure Opensim.
