Joint Reaction Analysis from Moco Solution

Post by Karthick Ganesan » Tue Jul 26, 2022 11:12 pm

Hi All,
I am performing a joint reaction analysis from Moco solution using the AnalyzeTool. I specify the controls file under control set, then a states file and grf file under external loads file. I don't specify forces file under JointReactionAnalysis. Is this right? I want to confirm.
Thanks,
Karthick.

Hi Karthick,

That all seems right. However, you might find it more convenient to calculate joint reaction forces using the utility function "opensimSimulation.analyzeVec3()". For that function, you provide a model, the states and controls tables, and paths to the joint reaction outputs you want.
