How to select the parameters of the contact spheres?

Dear Moco development team and Moco users,

Thank you all for your contributions to the biomechanics community! I have some issues regarding the parameter selection of contact sphere, I would appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice.

Contact spheres are usually used to simulate foot-ground contact and have numerous parameters, such as: the frame where the sphere is located, sphere center position, radius, number of spheres, stiffness, dissipation, static friction, dynamic friction, viscous friction, transition velocity and so on. To be honest, I feel quite confused about how to select these parameters. I would be very grateful if someone could give me some advice.
