Hi,
I have an stl file that I wish to import into simvascular. The import works fine however when I generate a mesh it comes back with an error saying that TetGen has detected intersecting facets. To investigate this further I generated the mesh using TetGen as a stand alone programme and it does not complain at all, it works just fine.
Has anyone had an issue like this before? Any advice in general about dealing with intersecting facets would also be appreciated.
