windows version error no header to open file

there's no header with the file tab to open a new simvascular file. i downloaded the most recent windows version onto my local drive. please see attached.

Hello Derrick,

This is odd, I don't have this problem on my Windows 10 64-bit (Version 1803) desktop or laptop. What version of Windows are you running? What is your screen resolution? Have you installed a previous version (xxxx-xx-xx) of SimVascular that did display the top toolbar properly?

Hi nathan,

Windows 10 v1809 and your resolution is 3840 x 2160. Yes, installed the previous version and seemed to work fine.
