Cannot Download .exe file

I have tried to download the installer for windows; however, after I provide the "reason to download" and click on the download button, a blank page shows up that only contains page footer (see attachment).

Hi Alireza,

We are having a bit of a problem with the SimTK web site right now. Our plan is to have new installers on the web site by the end of this week.
