SimVascular experience? Can't run simulation.
Does anyone have any experience doing flow simulations in SimVascular? I've been looking at the user guide and I've successfully made it past the meshing step, but when it comes to actually running the simulation, I've been coming pu against errors time and time again. Some of the files I need aren't being generated (like the .restart file) and the simulation sits at 0% progress indefinitely. I'm at a loss for what to do. I feel like I'm punching in the dark. Any guidance would be a great help.Nox VidMate Mobdro

I am also stuck in the exact same situation, 0% progress and no movement on the command line.

It looks like it's quite a common issue. And some users try CRIMSON software afterwards. You may also have a look at the ideas and recommendations here in the discussion (if you haven't done it yet): https://simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/viewtop ... 786c7ffa0a
