GenBC run simulations Gateway

Post by Aloma Blanch » Mon Nov 18, 2019 10:46 am

Hi Simvascular support team,
I was wondering if it is possible to run simulations using GenBC on the Gateway.
I've tried several times, none worked, but I couldn't figure out why.
I attached the SimVascular.stdout file returned by the Gateway.

Thanks for your help.

I created a new application for genbc. Can you try it?
Thx

Thanks for the help!
It didn't work, but I think it is because I wasn't able to upload USER.f.
The new error message:

Code: Select all

ERROR: No executable GenBC has been found
Please, make sure that you had this executable file inside runnig directory
Thanks for the efforts.

Sorry about that. The input option for user.f was somehow lost when I made some changes. I added it back. Could you please try again? I tested a cylinder with GenBC. It seems to work.

From the look of simvascular_using_genbc.stdout, now the simulation works, but Gateway doesn't create/generate any output files (no .tar file).

I can find my results (proc-$numprocs.czf.tar.gz) in Storage->experiment name->ARCHIVE, If the results are not generated, can you share your files so I can take a look?

You are right, I do have the file on ARCHIVE.
I apologize for that.
Thank you so much for your help.
