Unable to upload images
I have a DCM dataset which is the same as the aorta dataset. However, I am unable to add images to Simvascular. I am unsure what the source of error is. I select the image as an VTI, and I do not modify the scale if that provides insight.

Hi Chyna,
Are you trying to read in DICOM files? If so then you should not be trying to read them in as VTI, that is a VTK image format.
Cheers,
Dave

Also, is there a way to upload images all at once? I have 600 images to add, and I am assuming there is an easier way to upload images at once.

Re: Unable to upload images
Hi Chyna,
For loading in a set of images representing a volume you just need to select the first image slice in that volume, the SV DICOM reader will then read in the rest of the images. You can then save the image in VTI format.
Note that only a single series (volume) must be in the directory. Otherwise the DICOM reader will not understand the correct order to read in the images.
Cheers,
Dave

Hi,
I only have single series in the directory. However, whenever I attempt to upload images, SimVascular crashes. Do you have any recommendations to prevent the program from crashing?
