Results not converted

Dear Simvascular support team,
I've been having problems while trying to convert the results obtained at the Gateway.
The message 'Results not converted' and the following details (attached file) appear.
I will say this happens 1 every 4 simulations, sometimes more.
Usually by creating a new set of simulation files (without making any change) and rerunning the simulation the results convert, but not always.
I don't know if this sounds familiar...
I will really appreciate any insights on how to approach the issue.

The txt file you attached shows that wall shear stress post processing for restart.893.23 caused the error. Occasionally, it happens at a time step and I usually rerun that time step to get uncorrupted restart files. I don't know the exact cause. It might be associated to mesh or domain decomposition. If you use a different number processors, does it help?

I never tried changing only with a different number of processors, but I will see if that helps.
I really like the idea of rerun the corrupted time step, thank you.
