Hello,
I am attempting to create ae model of my 2D segmentations (I am using the sheep's heart image from provided in the SimVasc tutorial file).
When I click "Create Model," I get a message that says "Error in creating model." I went back and edited my segmentations to make sure that nothing overlapped. What could be causing the error? Images of the segmentations and the error message are attached below.

Hello,
It is not clear what the problem might be. The message Error creating model. is not exactly helpful!
If you upload your SV project someplace I can download it then I'll have a look.
